Live from St Mary’s
Our live broadcasts are shown below. The service starts several minutes into each video.
During the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are ensuring that we follow guidance received from the Government and from the Diocese, namely that we may celebrate and stream a private Mass as long as the Priest is able to access the Church from his adjacent residence without needing to go outside or across any publicly accessible areas; to put it formally, we are "broadcasting within the curtilage of [our] home" as has been approved and, indeed, encouraged by Church authorities.
Our two Priests and our Organist/Cantor live in the St Mary's Presbytery, from where they can access the Church via internal corridors through the basement (you can watch Father Sam's behind-the-scenes tour showing the route they have to take). They do not need to leave Church buildings and do not pass through any public areas. The Church itself is closed to the public.

Sung mass for the solemnity of the Annunciation
The Vicar, Fr Andrew Walker, celebrates and preaches the Sung Mass for the solemnity of the Annunciation of Our Lord. We are, thanks be to God, back in church according to the advice of the Bishop of London, as we are fortunate in being able to access the church from the Presbytery without going into the outside world. (For clarity, all those participating in this mass live on site and, additionally, are maintaining all the appropriate physical distancing.) Amid all the sadness of the world today, let us rejoice that, in Mary's "fiat", redemption and hope entered our world.
