For your information

During the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are ensuring that we follow guidance received from the Government and from the Diocese.

Until 7 April, this guidance was that we might celebrate and stream a private Mass as long as the Priest is able to access the Church from his adjacent residence without needing to go outside or across any publicly accessible areas; to put it formally, "broadcasting within the curtilage of his home" as was approved and, indeed, encouraged by Church authorities. Our two Priests and our Organist/Cantor live in the St Mary's Presbytery, from where they can access the Church via internal corridors through the basement (you can watch Father Sam's behind-the-scenes tour showing the route they have to take). They do not need to leave Church buildings and do not pass through any public areas. The Church itself is closed to the public.

Update 7 April
On 7 April, the London College of Bishops issued an Ad Clerum with revised guidance stopping all live streaming from Churches. We therefore moved the streaming of our services to the Presbytery, with (for some services) spoken and musical contributions from our Preacher, readers and members of the choir, pre-recorded in the contributor's own home.

Update 25 April
